That’s the promise you get when you choose Sizzle Properties to buy a plot. We believe buying land should be a fast, breezy, relaxing process. And we do everything possible to ensure you own your land in the quickest time possible without any hassles and stress.
Here’s how we work
- Get in touch with us and express your interest either through phone, email, or by visiting our office
- We’ll understand your needs, expectations, and budget. And we’ll try to give you a few property options that are most apt for you.
- Then, we’ll invite you for a no-obligation, no-expense plot visit. The site visit will be scheduled at your own convenience.
- After the plot visit, you can take your own time and let us know if you’re interested in purchasing the plot.
- If you’re interested in buying the plot, we’ll request you to make a fully refundable deposit to access all the legal documents.
- Once you get all the legal documents of the plot, you’ll have up to 10 days to check and validate the legal documentation with your advocate.
- If everything is clear and you’re satisfied, we’ll draft a mutual agreement. Now, you need to make a 30% deposit of the property cost.
- If needed, we’ll assist you in securing loans from a financial institution. Usually, it wouldn’t take more than 15 days to get the loan sanctioned.
- We’ll register the property on an agreed date.
